Welcome to Terra Verde, a resort community with club house completed in 2005. Relax in our padded seats and loungers by our fully screened pool which overlooks a conservation area. To entertain you we have radio and dvd. Cable TV's are in the family room and all bedrooms.For the more energetic our games room has a pool table, foosball and electronic darts. We also have a PS2 console. Our fully air conditioned villa is self catering but everything is supplied in the kitchen to prepare a full meal or simple snack. A grocery store is nearby but for a break from cooking there are many restaurants in the area. To stay in touch we have a Freecall telephone system plus Wireless Internet (the club house has an internet cafe for a small charge). Our comfy beds (all linens supplied) with 2 King, Queen and 6 singles will ensure a good nights sleep. 4 bedrooms are ensuite. The resort gate is manned 24/7 and our villa has its own alarm and keyless door locks for added security

  • 7 nights from $1190 to $2100 depending on season
  • Pool heat is recommended October to March at $200 per week. Departure clean is included for all stays of 7 days or more. All taxes are Excluded.
    Rentals can start on any day from 4pm. Short stays of at least 3 nights are welcome in off peak seasons or to fill gaps in calendar at any time at $200 plus pro rata the weekly rate.
    We can offer a discounted rate for stays of 10 days or more or for last minute bookings made within 15 days of start of rental
    Payment may be made using debit/credit cards through either PAYPAL or our booking site.A deposit of 20% is requested with booking with the balance due 60 days before rental starts.
    Checks(cheques) may be accepted where booking is 60+ days away - please ask

  • The master bedroom is on the ground floor and is one of 4 en suite bedrooms all furnished in a bright airy style. Each room has bed side table(s)with lamps, radio alarm clock, dresser, cable TV and walk in wardrobe and completed with a ceiling fan. The 2 smaller bedrooms are ideal for the kids, each having 2 single beds and furnished with bed side table, table lamp, radio alarm clock, dresser, cable TV and walk in wardrobe. The villa is fully air conditioned and all bedrooms are fully carpeted.

Notes: For guests wishing to keep in touch we offer a Freecall telephone system giving free USA calls and also many international destinations. Wireless Internet is available in the villa and also in the clubhouse which has an internet cafe. Guests require Security (which is thankfully not a great problem) which is enhanced by a 24/7 manned resort entrance, villa monitored alarm and our recently introduced Securepass system which removes the need for a door key (and also returning key at end of vacation). Within the villa we have a removable safety screen around the pool with child proof alarms on doors leading to the pool deck. Children are welcome and for the youngest of guests a high chair and crib can be made available - please request on booking. For the less able our villa is on a level plot with 1 bedroom on the ground floor. There are steps into the pool (3 to 5 feet depth) but no hand rails. We regret there are no specific facilities for wheelchair users who are of course welcomed.

Theme and Water Parks plus....: Our villa is within an easy 10/15 minute drive of Disney Main Gate giving access to the Disney Theme Parks of Magic Kingdom, MGM, Epcot and Animal Kingdom. A little further (max 30 minutes) are Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure together with Sea World and Discovery Cove where you can swim with the dolphins - be sure to book in advance. For a slightly less energetic day why not visit one of the water parks - Blizzard Beach, Typhoon Lagoon, Wet n'Wild or Adventure Island. For something a little different perhaps visit Kennedy Space Centre, Disney Quest (an indoor interactive Theme Park), Gatorland or the internationally famous Cirque du Soleil. A visit to the Everglades or an airboat tour, fishing (lake or inshore), horse riding or golf at one of the many courses in the area are other options. When booking we will send you our Google maps reference so that you can plan your journeys in advance. The concierge at Terra Verde will also be able to assist with many directions

Eating Out: You will not be disappointed with the choice of restaurants in the area. For something a little different not have a meal and watch or take part in the shows at Arabian Nights, Medieval Times, Capones or Sleuths Murder Mystery. To set yourself up for the day there are a variety of breakfast buffet restaurants at competitive prices.

Shopping: For groceries there is a 24 hour Walmart within 2 miles. For the serious shoppers there are many outlets and Malls covering a wide choice of goods. Look out for Pointe Orlando, Florida Mall, Millenia Mall, Prime Outlets (formerly Belz) and Premium Outlet Mall

Could not have been better. Villa was superb. Pool was great, as were the resort amenities. Close to all the parks (closer than we expected). We'll be back!
