Our vacation at Terra Verde

My family and I, a total of 8 adults, spent a week at this home and found it to be very inviting and comfortable. The screened in porch and pool area were wonderful. It is very close to all parks and restaurants. We all had a great time and would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

We stayed in this home for seven nights. The house equipped with everything you need and do not need to go out except grocrery items which you can get one mile away in Walmart. The Terra Verde resort also has many additional things we needed such as computers, games , gym, stamps etc...

My kids love the pool and used it everyday. Owner is very cooperative and answers question on time. I reccomend this place for everyone with kids or with out. I hope we will come back soon and stay this place again.

We stayed at this home in November 2008 and found the accomodations to be average. It was further from the parks than we would have liked. We are also not used to "Florida bugs" no matter how small they may be. Honestly, we did not want to leave ANY food out on the counter, even if it was sealed tight. That said, the bathrooms were clean and we are very picky. We did like that it was close to Walmart as we needed to buy basic things like Laundry detergent and paper towels. We also opted not to use the utensils, plates, etc. and decided to buy paper goods instead. We basically did not want to do dishes on our vacation and again there was also the cleanliness issue with the little bugs that seemed to be all over the kitchen. We opted for the pool heat and we definitely needed it for November nights. Overall it was a fair price for an average stay.

Great house for you to rent

This was a great place to stay. Very clean, everything was perfect. Definitely get the heated pool during the winter months. The resort Terre Verde was quite quiet at this time of the year. We really enjoyed renting this house and more than likely will do so again when we go back to Orlando in a few years. It is close to everything. Make sure though that you allow yourself time your first day to get to the grocery store to stock up on everything. Having the washer and dryer there was quite convenient! Thanks again for renting to us!
