Immaculate new vacation rental with expansive ocean views from every room. Be one of the first to stay in this upscale vacation home situated a short walk from the beach in picturesque Cape Meares. There is a large deck with tinted glass rail for unobstructed views of the ocean and Pyramid Rock. The top floor has a huge great room with vaulted ceilings, large picture windows overlooking the ocean, comfortable sectional with a pillow-top queen sleeper sofa, ceiling fan, and great lighting. The well-equipped kitchen has lots of cabinets, a side-by-side refrigerator with filtered in door ice/water, ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, etc. The den sports a queen pillow-top sleeper sofa, wall mount 16:9 LCD cable TV with DVD player, stereo with CD changer and AirTunes®, and wireless internet. There is a full bath with shower. The lower floor has a huge master bedroom with a queen bed,27 inch cable TV, and iMac. The second bedroom has two twin beds, with converter to make a king-sized bed.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The home is very comfortable and cozy. A very relaxing atmosphere. It was adequately supplied, close to town if needed, but still secluded. Cape Mears is untouched by tourist and I would visit again.

Thank you for sharing your lovely home. It was perfect for our visit. After staying in many areas up and down the coast, I believe that Cape Meares is, perhaps, a well-kept secret...hidden away from all the people and traffic, yet amazingly close to civilization. The short drive along the shoreline to get there was especially lovely, and the beach was delightful with lots of sand and great waves. We even found an agate or two and got some great pictures of the weathered driftwood left from the winter storm.

Thank you for sharing your home with us. We would love to come again.

The Blodgett Boys were in the house! We had a great time resting, playing games, cooking and eating, walking the beach, exploring the tidepools, balancing on the driftwood, making music, and catching up on our sleep. We'll be back, no doubt about it.

Our stay at Tranquillo by the Sea was wonderfully relaxing. We love the quiet community and the visiting elk who walked through the back yard at dusk one night. We cooked, we visited, we laughed, we slept, we walked by the sea...what more could we ask for?
