Like home, fully furnished, solar heated in ground pool, apx 3 miles NE of Speedway, 2 blocks to shopping and 10 min. by car to the beach. Enjoy the best Florida has to offer incl. golf, swimming, boating and attractions. Our home features a master suite with king size bed, 20' wallmount TV, private bath and walk-in closet. The other bedrooms feature queen beds in each. This home accommodates six adults comfortably! Vaulted ceilings enhance the kitchen, dining, and living room areas! The kitchen is fully equipped for all meal preparations including coffee maker, microwave, toaster, blender, stove/oven, the gas grill is steps away in the pool area, and a dishwasher for the clean-up! A washer and dryer are located in the two car garage which also provides a secure area for cars or motorcycles. Sorry, but large trailers(over 20') must be stored elsewhere. We had a wonderfull time at this place. The neighbours next door are excellent housekeepers and we really enjoyed staying there. Close to the beaches (10 min drive) and with the Win Dixie supermarket around the corner and lost of shops nearby we had a great stay.

A great location, private pool, convenient to shopping in a nice quiet development with all the right emenities. We've tried very hard to provide great accomadations at very very affordable below average prices during very cost consiece economic times. Our experience was WONDERFUL!!!! We enjoyed every minute of it. The house was sooooo comfortable that we didn't want to leave. Espescially the master bed. The pool was fantastic w/ just the right temp. Plus it wasn't to deep for the younger kids. We graciously apprechiate the owners for allowing us to stay @ their rental home. It made for a very relaxing vacation. Thank You!!!!

My family used this home in April 2009. We were five people and we all felt the same. We all HIGHLY recommend this vacation home. It was beauiful and comfortable. This location is perfect and so easy to get to other destinations. It is truely near to stores, beaches, and highways. The neighbors are very friendly and make you feel that you are home. The owner, Rick, is a man of his word and such a pleasure to do business with.

Nice, but needs a little updating.

Stayed here to watch the Rolex 24 Hours at Daytona race. Was quite close to the track...about 5-10 minutes by car. The Winn-Dixie plaza is 2 blocks away and was very convienent. House was pretty well maintained.

The living room furniture was a little dated and needs replaced. Only one TV in house, and it has very limited channels. Even with the solar heating, the pool was still too cold for swimming in January. No internet available.

Overall though, it was a comfortable house with all that you really need for a vacation. It was a good value compared to all of the hotels on the beach, etc. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a less expensive option to hotels/condo's who doesn't mind having things less than upscale.
Owner's Response: To our future tenants, we have tried to keep our prices very low and affordable and as a result, yes, some items are perhaps a little dated. We are priced hundreds of dollars less than similar area homes and feel we offer a great value for our low low rates. We have just added a TV to the master bedroom and are upgrading the cable service too! Ironicly, new living room furniture has been on the wish list as well as a propane pool heater!
