Year round Cozy cottage located on Wolfeboro Neck that provides a private setting to relax and enjoy all the amenities of the Lakes Region. An attractive, very clean, well furnished place to spend time this summer. Our guests enjoy this cottage located on a private road surrounded by woods for a beautiful setting. There is a wonderful, large screen porch to sit back in the rockers and read or dine in the breeze. Patio setting and grill available out back. Access to Lake Winnipesaukee is available through a boat slip that accommodates up to an 18' boat at an additional charge. Downtown Wolfeboro is only 3 miles & Carey Beach is less than 1.5 miles. Cottage is set up so you can relax in style and comfort. Very nice bedding, towels, kitchen basics stocked and more make this a pleasant stay. Three flat screen TVs, Phone service and Wireless internet access gives you as much connection as you want or not. Fall colors are spectacular too.

Cozy getaway with no hassles or stress

This was the first time we had ever rented a vacation property and we were concerned that the logistics would be stressful or cumbersome. But the owners were so accomodating and they were true to their word on every point. The cottage was clean and well equiped, and the special touches such as the comfortable beds, games, wifi connection, and attention to details really made it extra nice. We felt welcomed and right at home. I wouldn't hestitate to stay at this property again, and in fact look forward to it!

The Cozy Cottage was the perfect vacation for complete relaxation. Vicki made us and our dog very welcomed. The warm homemade cookies and bottle wine were start of our wonderful vaction.The sunsets over Lake Winnie were beautiful. We hope to be back soon.

Better then the pictures

I'm skeptical about writing this because I don't want to get bumped out of my week for next year!!! If you like what you see in the pictures, you're going to LOVE the cozy cottage in person!!!! Everything is exactly the way it is described, if not better! Vicki, the owner, is just the sweetest and made our stay perfect! She even made it comfortable for my 2 young sons by putting out a kiddie table and chairs and had a small pool out back for them! All this attention to detail had us already put a hold on a week for next summer!!! See you then!!!

My husband and I, as well as our dog, felt so at home the moment we entered The Cozy Cottage. The Peterson's certainly thought of everything, inside and out, it certainly has been the smoothest rental experience we ever had. We were there in early Sept. and the weather was beautiful, yet some nights cool enough to light the woodstove - now that's cozy. While sitting in the screened porch at night, it was truly amazing to hear the call of the Loons on the lake and spot the fox darting across the yard. Thank you for your thoughtfulness, see you next year - from the Poconos

Private and relaxing cottage

We stayed at this cozy cottage in March. It was wonderful! It is tucked into the woods and so private. We loved it. Our dog enjoyed running in the snow. The woodstove makes it cozy and warm. Firewood was provided! At the end of the day, it was great to build a fire and sit around and relax. The cottage is stocked with everything! Beds are luxurious and furniture comfortable. Vicki, you made us feel very welcome and at home. Thanks for a providing a great home for a vacation. It must be incredible on the screened porch in the summer. We’ll have to come back and enjoy it.
