Charming Osterville Cape conveniently located south of Rte. 28 and approximately two miles from Dowes Beach (free beach pass is provided) and one mile from the village shops. Our home is freshly painted, with refinished wood floors, and has a large deck overlooking a private back yard – great for entertaining or just relaxing after a day at the beach. With three bedrooms, a living room, den, eat–in kitchen, and downstairs rec room, our home is great retreat for get-aways with the whole family.

We rented this house for a wedding that was in Osterville this summer. It was perfect and had everything we needed for the week. It was close to everything, clean, nice furniture etc.. I would recommend it to anyone.
