Designed by the internationally acclaimed architect Richard Gluckman, the house has 3-4 bedrooms, depending on use, 2 bathrooms, new 4-person outdoor spa, 2 exterior showers, two sea-kayaks, boogie boards & surf board.
1 1/2 miles West - water taxi ride or a 35-minute beach walk along an untouched beach - is The Pines. The closest restaurants and stores are here. However our assistant can deliver food directly to the kitchen cabinets or you can take our boat to a store or restaurants. A masseuse can also be scheduled to come to the house.
Private boat service can be arranged direct to our dock from Patchogue or Sayville. There is an occasional ferry to Water Island, which is a 7-minute walk. And there are frequent ferries to the Pines, where a water taxi can take you to Water Island.
Swans visits regularly on the bay in front of the house. And Greta Garbo used to hide away nearby.
