We are walking distance to fishing in the Yellowstone. Imagine walking out the front door and seeing Emigrant Peak at 11,000 across the street. Our vacation retreat is located in the town of Emigrant, MT in Paradise Valley, MT. We are 55 minutes from the Bozeman airport. We are 30 minutes from the northern entrance to Yellowstone National Park. We have spectacular mountain views and three acres of common ground. We are minutes away from Chico Hot Springs Resort and Day Spa where you can enjoy the hot springs pools, fine dining, and entertainment. We are 25 minutes from Livingston with gourmet restaurants, community theatres, movie theatres, art galleries and unique shops. Come enjoy world-class trout fishing, big game hunting, skiing, horseback riding and river rafting on the Yellowstone River. Our vacation home is newly furnished and the full kitchen is stocked with cooking utensils. We have a washer and dryer. Wireless internet, linens provided. We have air conditioning

We are located in the town of Emigrant. We are a short walk to a steak and seafood restaurant, saloon, post office, bank, mercantile and general store. Yellowstone National Park offers days of exploring with water falls, wild life, Old Faithful, Mammoth Hot Springs and many lodges to see. We are located in south central Montana, due 31 miles north of Yellowstone. Chico Hot Springs Resort and Day Spa, a few minutes away offers delicious meals. We are 20 minutes south of Livingston, MT. Ask about additional lodging options.

What a wonderful, warm, welcoming home to spend your vacation in. We felt right at home as soon as we walked into the door. Everything was very clean, neat and beautifully decorated. Rudy and Lisa are wonderful to rent from and we would recommend staying at their home to everyone. What a beautiful view and drive to their home. Paradise Valley is awesome! Thanks Rudy and Lisa!

This was a great location, it was close to Yellowstone and Chico Springs. The apartment was clean, very roomy and easy to locate. The owners were very helpful in local tips and hints. There was a great view from the master bedroom and living room. We had a great time and would recommend this rental for everybody that like to have that home sweet home feel. Thanks we had a great time.

We had a lovely post Christmas vacation in this townhome near Chico hot springs, it was truly a winter wonderland. The townhome is in excellent condition, very comfortable, appliances and internet all worked well without any problems.

We absolutely loved this condo and had an excellent view of the beautiful Montana mountains! Well-equipped, very neat and comfortable --a relaxing venue while enjoying Yellowstone. The townspeople in Emigrant were friendly also. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a place to stay while visiting Montana!

WOW!!! What an amazing trip!! It was absolutely beautiful and spectacular! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your town house. It was such a comfortable, homey atmosphere with everything we could have needed/wanted. It was so nice to go back at night and relax, do some wash and feel at home. We had very long days with lots of hiking, viewing of wildlife and beauty. So you can imagine that your town house was a perfect place to kick back! We will recommend to others!!
