'Fairway Villas' in Magnolia Greens Golf Plantation, is the perfect adult vacation. It is a beautifully furnished condo overlooking the pond and fairway #15's green from the second floor. Watch the sunset from the screened in porch while having dinner, cocktails, or watch golfers approach and 'hole out' on #15. Or, have your coffee on the front porch rockers and watch golfers on hole #27. The condo is located just 5 minutes from historic downtown Wilmington NC, close to everything Wilmington has to offer, including fine restaurants and quaint shops. The condo is just 20-25 minutes from many beaches. Bed and bath linens are furnished. (45 minutes north of Myrtle Beach)

Golf Course: Our beautiful condo is located on hole #15 of Magnolia Greens' 27 hole course. The course is both beautiful and challenging. See the many other coursed below.

Beaches: There are several beaches within 20 -25 minutes of Magnolia Greens. The quaint village of Southport is only a 25 minute drive. There are great shops and restaurants, and a 20 minute car ferry can take you across to Kure & Carolina Beaches. Wrightsville Beach is located approximately 18 miles northeast of Wilmington. This beautiful beach town has much to offer.

Wilmington: Wilmington N.C. is a very historical town rich in culture. Located just 10 minutes north of Magnolia Greens, it has many fine restaurants and pubs. The Cotton Exchange is an old cotton mill that has been converted into small shops.

Golf: Within a short drivings distance are Panther's Run, Tiger's Eye, Lion's Paw, Sea Trail, River Landing, Founder's Club, Crow Creek, Porter's Neck Plantation, Calabash, Oak Island, River's Edge, Brick Landing, Carolina National, and more.

A fantastic place to stay. All the home comforts you could wish for. We couldn't find any faults anywhere. There were three very demanding ladies in my party and they all thought the condo was superb. My advice? go there and enjoy it. You won't regret it.

Excellent Place to Stay!

I stayed in this condo for a month because I needed to take my son to the hospital in Wilmington. It was an excellent place to stay. I felt very safe taking my son for walks in the stroller around the beautiful community. I had no idea that the community was so large, but there are excellent side walks and I found a very nice playground for kids. It was probably only a 10-15 minute drive to the hospital depending on traffic and so it was the perfect location for us. The condo was also very clean and I felt very comfortable letting my son play on the floor. There was a nice balcony overlooking the golf course and it was such a nice view. The whole atmosphere was just carefree and relaxing. I would highly recommend this condo.

Fairway Villas' in Magnolia Greens Golf Plantation is a great, peaceful location for a vacation. My daughter and I had a wonderful week at this beautiful condo from August 23 to 30th, 2008.... And yes.... the pictures are a true reflection of what the condo really looks like... extremely clean and spacious. The Magnolia Greens Golf Plantation is a beautiful "domain" and the location of the condo is great, right by the golf course. We were there for a "beach holiday" and the drive to get to Wrightsville beach was easy and fast (around 25 minutes). I would recommend this condo to anyone. And as a bonus, the owners were extremely helpful with any questions.

This is a beautiful condo, immaculately kept, equiped w. everything, pleasantly decorated located in a safe and relaxing area. It is just 10 min from downtown Wilmington. We keep returning to this propriety everytime we visit family in Wilmington and it is more comfortable each time. The owner is very considerent and took at heart all the suggestions that renters made for the last year and changed small things to make the place even more "home" like. I highly recommend this propriety and I would gladly stay here anytime we visit Wilmington.
