Rustic, one bedroom cottage, nestled among the tall pines, with private shared waterfront access just across a dirt road. Ideal for a country getaway for swimming, boating, fishing, walking, hiking, biking, golfing or just plain being alone. Canoe included. Living room with a stone fireplace and a gas wall furnace to take care of chilly mornings. Large porch for rocking or birdwatching. The yard is perfect for croquet or quiet lounging. Charcoal grill. The yard features a gazebo to keep you dry on rainy days. Cottage has hot/cold running water, telephone, microwave, electric burner, refrigerator and a full supply of cooking utensils. Bottled drinking water can be purchased at the general store about a mile up the road. It may be rustic but it has high speed internet A full array of cultural and other activities is also available in the Lebanon/Dartmouth College area, located only twenty minutes away

The area is known for the pristine waters of Lake Fairlee, as well as scenic valleys and mountains, with a wide variety of paved and unpaved roads and trails for hiking, biking, etc. Golfing, dining, shopping, Dartmouth College and cultural amenities of all kinds are easily available within a 20 minute radius. Ideal as well for parents visiting their children at any of the summer camps on Lakes Fairlee and Morey. In the fall, the hills surrounding the lake are ablaze with the colors of the Vermont foliage season.
