Welcome to our cozy cabin in the woods, located 200 feet from the Au Sable River. Open year-round, you will find it to be well-equipped, clean and perfect for relaxing. The kitchen comes stocked with spices, condiments, coffee and tea. Our cabin is convenient to charming, downtown Grayling. While downtown, step back in time and visit Dawson-Stevens Ice Cream Parlor. On the opposite side of the ice cream parlor, enjoy some of the best pizza and breadsticks around at the Bears Den. While there, take time to look at some of the pictures of the legendary bow hunter, Fred Bear. Visit the antique store, the Quilt Store, the Bike Shop, the Rialto movie house, Spike’s (famous for its Spike Burgers), Goodale's Bakery, and the new North Country Corner in addition to other downtown stores. Spend time fly fishing or kayaking/canoeing the famous Au Sable River.

We loved the experience. Our group had a great time and were all comfortable. Beautiful cabin, beautiful wildlife. Loved all the friendly birds and deer. Plenty of room to spread out! Close to town, but not too close. THANKS!!

Relax in comfort on the AuSable River

Dear Ellen,
Park River cottage was just what we hoped it would be and more. Our 22 yr old daughter and her friend had a great time at the camp fire and sleeping-in until noon. My wife and I enjoyed coffee on the dock over-looking your frontage on the AuSable River. Lots of deer, fox, mink, and eagles early in the morning along the River. Our 3 yr old Lab. explored every inch of your large wooded property and of course the River. All the comforts of home with the peace and quit one hopes to have on a vacation. Grayling is a short drive away for quick shopping. We were pleasently surprised at all the things you have available and stocked for your guests. We look forward to our return trip to your paradise along the AuSable.

Ellen & Pat,

The cabin was wonderful! My wife and I had the most relaxing weekend. We were
able to just unwind, watch a few movies, watch the wildlife outside and enjoy a
nice fire in the stove. It was nice to have all the comforts of home while
feeling we were miles from anyone. Thank you and we will certainly look forward
to future trips to visit.

Cozy Cabin

Just as described 'cozy cabin'. Very well maintained and clean. We had a great time on the property and the area riding our snowmobiles. Groomed trails are nearby. Owners are friendly and willing to give you information on the cabin and the area.
We all had a great time.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
