This fully furnished single family home is located between two holes of the Greenfield Lakes golf course, and offers views from the back deck of the San Tan mountains. A peaceful getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city, with easy access to everywhere you want to go. Located close to 60 and 202, this 2000 square foot home is within 3 miles of shopping, restaurants and night life, and less than 10 minutes from a major shopping mall located just off 60 and Power. Ten minutes north and west is a huge amusement/waterpark (Golfland/Sunsplash). Each bedroom is furnished with it's own TV, or you can join your friends and family in the great room enjoying a new 61 inch screen. We offer high speed internet service as well. The master bedroom suite is huge with an oversized king size bed; the other two bedrooms, located on the other side of the house, share a bathroom. Each of these have a nice queen sized bed which can sleep two. There are two pull out beds as well!
