  • Peak Snow Season(non-holiday) - Dec 15-April 1: $1200/weekend, $300/ per weekday night
  • Peak Season (holiday weeks) $1800/weekend with a three night minimum or $3500/week
    Non Peak Season - April 1- December 1- please inquiry

    All rates plus fully refundable $500 security deposit* - Also, please read below
  • When it is agreed that a group wishes to rent the house, we will forward a standard, short-term Lease Form. The lease should be read for accuracy, particularly with respect to dates and charges. The lease should be signed and returned to us. It must be accompanied with a down payment for approximately 30% of the total value of the lease. The balance and security deposit is due 30 days prior to occupancy. Once the final payment and security deposit is received, I will email the directions, instructions regarding the house and a key-less entry code.

    Great for wedding accomodations. Special bonus: Joint rental with house next door for more friends and multi-families.

We had multiple families staying at this house and were very comfortable.
The heated entryway for keeping jackets and boots is fantastic, never have my boots been so warm and toasty in the morning!
Very close to Sugarbush and only about a 45 min ride up Route 100 to Stowe.

Excellent place for multi-family

This was our second year in this house and it only got better with the addition of the hot tub to soothe tired ski legs. The main floor is roomy enough to fit everybody comfortably but still with separation so folks can spread out for different actvities.

All the rooms are clean with plenty of closet space in the bedrooms. There's enough bedrooms that it allowed us a few different options including putting all the kids in the lower bedroom with the TV giving them their own hangout.

The heated entryway is great for storing the boots, coats and damp stuff knowing it will all be warm and dry the next morning. A lot of ski houses I have rented forget about the damp clothes and you end up hanging stuff in the shower or laid out over the heating. Not here; they have a great solution.

It's convenient to everything. One of the best houses all-around that I have ever rented.

Wonderful spacious mountain getaway

This is the second year my family has visited Havenwood and we have had nothing but great experiences. The house is well kept with lots of conveniences. The owners provide multiple accessories, a great binder with sample activities and things to do in the area and their description of the property was spot on.

The location is ideal as it is within minutes from Sugarbush. We also had a great time relaxing in the hot tub after a long day of skiing. It truly is a home away from home.

Watch out BEDBUGS!!!!

House is nice but top floor filled with bedbugs. All 4 people who stayed there got badly bitten. All of us had to go to see the doctor. Owner completely denied this fact although all the mattresses strangely sealed in plastic
Owner's Response: We took this complaint very seriously and had the place inspected, as well as checking with the rentors just prior to this group. There was no indication of any bedbugs or such at all in the entire house. This home is used by the owners and friends frequently without any issues. In addition, there was significant damage done to our home by this group.
