This cottage is located on beautiful Monomoscoy Island, which is connected to the mainland via a causeway. The cottage is 50 feet from the salt water bay, Hamblins Pond. Enjoy breathtaking views, and gorgeous sunsets. There is direct access to Waquoit Bay and Vineyard Sound with no bridges and there's a full service marina nearby. The cottage is in a very quiet location. Participate in great fishing, kayaking, boating(boat dock available), water skiing, swimming, or shell fishing. Walking and bike trails are also nearby. Located very close to South Cape Beach, public boat ramps, several golf courses, near Falmouth and a ferry to Martha's Vineyard all for your convenience. Only 3 miles to Mashpee Commons, shopping, movies, and restaurants. A great place to make special memories.

Our cottage is located on Monomoscoy Island in the town of Mashpee. The Island is accessible by car via a causeway. The cottage is only steps away from Hamblins Pond which is a salt water pond. Hamblins Pond leads to Waquoit Bay and then directly into Vineyard Sound. There are no bridges to hinder boat passage. Hamblins Pond is perfect for swimming, fishing, shell fishing, boating and especially watching beautiful sunsets.

Our week long vacation was fabulous here. All ameneties close by. The home was just perfect and decorated tastefully. My young children enjoyed every minute of our stay.
