Veru cozy ski condo. Completely redecorated in Fall 2005, you’ll enjoy the Tuscany feel of your villa with its marble faux painted walls, oiled bronze light fixtures, warm golden oak crown moldings, gorgeous maple cabinetry, and tile floors in the kitchen and bath. In addition to the furnace, the gas fireplace is functional as well as beautiful with a thermostat control for your day and night comfort. The TV is 27” flat screen with a DVD/VHS player and cable television. You will feel pampered and your restful night sleep is assured on the two brand new “top of the line” Queen-size pillow-top beds with luxurious (400 thread count) sheets and the palatial pillow array. Your villa is equipped with a 3 foot refrigerator, microwave, sink, coffee pot, blender, dishes, cooking utensils and extra bedding. You’ll enjoy the jetted tub, shower and hairdryer in your full-size bathroom. Through your large window you can see the 11,000 ft. Brian Head Peak- the highest ski resort in Utah- the best!

Apres-ski entertainment at Brian Heads only Lounge and Sports Bar, the Cedar Breaks Lounge - on site. Warm-up and enjoy your favorite cocktail, with your feet up against the mammoth fireplace, while watching the big screen TV or seeing the skiers coming off the mountain through the picture windows. The club is a favorite spot of the locals as well as all visitors to the area for socializing. The menu is fabulous.

  • Payment Information: We accept only Master Card & Visa. Reservations are confirmed and held with payment of 50% of the total rent. The balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival, unless it is a “Short Notice” accommodation, which is prepaid at time of reservation confirmation. Checks of any type are not accepted.
    How To Reserve a Week: Simply call and ask for Kent or email us. Cancellation Policy: Full refunds, (less a $55.00 processing fee), are made if cancellation is 30 days prior to check in-time (except for Holidays and short notice). If cancellation occurs less than 20 days prior to check-in, the management reserves the right to the rent, if the villa is not subsequently rented to some one else. At management’s sole discretion, consideration will be given in the even of no snow. Check In is at the front desk. Obtain your keys & parking permit at the resort’s 24 hour Concierge/Front Desk.
  • Getting Here: Most people rent a car at the airport and drive (see MAPQUEST.com). In Southern Utah, from I-15, take exit # 75 to Parawan. Then it’s just a short 14 mile drive up the mountain to Brian Head. In Brian Head, turn right on Hunter Ridge Rd. and take an immediate left into the Cedar Breaks Resort & Spa. Check-in at the 24-hour Front Desk. Once in town, a vehicle is not necessary due to the free town shuttle.
