Come and enjoy year round sunshine at our luxury villa being ideally placed to enjoy the theme parks. The villa is elegantly furnished and is fully air conditioned. Our availability calender is updated every time we receive a booking. The villa is in Bridgewater Crossing, a beautiful community that nestles among 165 acres of tranquil nature reserves. Natural lakes are a matter of minutes away. There is a three mile lake front nature trail, and various community facilities including tennis courts, volleyball court and basketball court to mention a few. The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, panoramic and interesting views. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage. Conservation woodland at the rear. The villa includes a Playstation 2 for fun and games for all the family. Everything required for a perfect holiday in the perfect location is provided.

It is a quiet, peaceful established community built in a conservation area. The Champions Gate golf club and shopping complex is a five minute drive away, and offers an award winning golf course. Facilities include Publix supermarket, McDonald's, video store, beauty parlour and dry cleaners. A further 10 minutes away is Kissimmee and the 192 with all its shops and attractions. The villa is 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport. 25 minutes from Universal Studios. 5 minutes from Champions Gate Golf Course. 12 minutes from Disney Theme Parks. 20 minutes from Sea World.

The home was very clean and spacious. Very comfortable. Easy access to Disney. Nice quiet neigborhood. Good access to restruants and shopping at local Shopping center. Only problem I had was we couldnt use the pool all week because it had a problem with the filter system. The manager did work on it but it never got fixed. Overall I would defiantly reccommend this home.
