Totally renovated and updated 3 bedroom, 2 full baths home on Edgartown / Vineyard Haven Rd in Edgartown. New kitchen, new bathrooms, new windows and new 400 Square Foot Deck. The house is just a 1/2 mile to restaurants & shops, 1 mile from the Edgartown center, 1.5 miles from Edgartown State Beach. It is an easy walk to the town shops and restaurants. Bike path is right outside your front door, leave your car in the driveway and bike to the beach on the bike paths. House is so comfortably decorated with All New furnishings in 2006, you won't want to leave! Kitchen has all the conveniences of home (and maybe a few surprises). Cable television in living room and 3 bedrooms. Internet access available for those of you that can't escape email!

An easy walk to town

The location can't be beat, especially at the price. Very easy walk to town without the "intown" price. Everything was new and we had everything we needed for a very comfortable vacation. I can't wait for this summer!

This house had all the comforts of home and more. The kitchen was very well equipped for dinner at home. The new deck was large enough for my very extended family to enjoy. We loved being right on the bike path and so close to home.
