Aspen Cove Cottage is located on a beautiful tidal cove in Milbridge, ME. The house is situated on 5 private acres down a long driveway. It is the perfect place to spend a day reading, relaxing, watching the sunset or even canoeing or kayaking. Milbridge boasts a number of restaurants, a movie theater, some shops, a seafood market, and a grocery store. Milbridge also has the beautiful town park, McClellan Park, where the rocks and views rival those at Acadia. Visitors can reach Acadia National Park's Schoodic Peninsula and scenic Winter Harbor in about 30 minutes. Bar Harbor and Acadia are approximately a 50 minute drive while Campbello Island is about 1 1/2 hours away. The area is full of a number of coastal state parks and a variety of hiking, kayaking, canoeing and swimming opportunities. The location of our cabin offers visitors the true 'Down East' Maine experience. Quaint towns, blueberry fields, lobster pounds and artisan's shops fill the area all around the cabin.

Notes: House includes a large front deck with a variety of comfortable outdoor furniture as well as side deck with the gas grill and table/chairs for outdoor eating. In the summer, the side deck is covered with a screened room. Our kitchen is fully stocked with a variety of pots and pans, as well as bake ware. We have a large selection of dishes, silverware and glassware. We have an electric griddle, a teapot, fridge/freezer (full size), electric range and oven--everything you will need. Linens and bath towels are provided. Dogs are welcome. Two TVs, one with DVD/VCR, one with DVD. Both have DishNetwork Satellite TV. Dial Up Internet Access and Computer with printer.
