This unit in the award winning Ashley Condominium on the 7th floor and has 1380 square feet of interior space. This spacious condo has a large (6'X30') balcony with comfortable patio furniture that is accessible from the living room and the master suite. There is a breathtaking view of Sun Glow Pier to the north, from the master bedroom and the living room. There is a view of the river from the 2nd bedroom. The master suite has an over-sized tub/shower, a walk-in closet, and separate his/hers vanity areas. The large fully-equipped kitchen has a counter with bar stools. There is also a dining area. The condo is well maintained and has underground secure parking, secured access to the building, and secured beach access.
