Villa San Pellegrino:
Villa San Pellegrino is situated in an area from which you can enjoy spectacular views of the Adriatic coast and Sibillini Mountains. From this ideal position, you will be able to enjoy the lovely climate of the area and enjoy a relaxed and rejuvenating vacation.
The Villa is located in the heart of a green park, between shade trees, fruit-trees and olive-trees, far from the town traffic, which makes the villa enjoyable and allows total privacy and quiet.
Villa San Pellegrino is finished with top quality materials like marble, fine woods, and wrought-iron. This, along with the luxurious furnishings, confers to the house an elegant and exclusive atmosphere.
Inside the Villa:
On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, spacious dining room that seats 14-16, a billiard room, service bathroom and laundry (with iron and washing machine) and an exercise room. All rooms have out-admittance.(except the bedrooms)
The first floor has a spacious entrance hall, large sitting room, a study/reading/game room, TV room, service bathroom, coat closet, tea room and terrace.
On the second floor there are 3 double bedrooms, all with their own en-suite bath with shower and one has a hydro-massage tub. There is also a gallery which can be used as a study or reading room.
The third floor has a garret with a sloping roof, 3 more double bedrooms with twin beds and en-suite bathrooms, a sitting room (excellent for reading or viewing TV) and a terrace with a panoramic view.
Outside the Villa:
The villa is completely fenced with an electric gate. There is a 200 square meter swimming pool with a maximum depth of 260 centimeters and 130 centimeters minimum depth. This pool is lighted and has a diving board. The pool area also contains patio and lounging furniture. There is also a tennis court and bowling alley.
Inside the park here is a private church datated 1400,which is completely retored and consacrated.
There is also an annex on the grounds where Roberta, the property manager resides, in order to guarantee maximum security. She will be at your disposal if you need information or have any request.
Ski:
If you enjoy mountain biking, hiking, trekking or just nature, you should also visit the National Park of the Sibillini Mountains. We can provide you with additional information about itineraries though the parks area.
Golf:
For those passionate about golf, there is a wonderful 18 hole course about 20 kilometers from Villa San Pellegrino. The Conero Golf Club is located at Via Betilico, 6, Sirolo. Advanced booking is recommended.
