Fantastic townhouse in tree-filled community of Villas Of Bethany West, just 6 blocks from beach and town. This 2-story villa has a fully equipped kitchen, living room with hardwood floors, breakfast bar and spacious deck with grill and outdoor shower. Upstairs you'll find 2 roomy bedrooms and baths. The pool - one of the largest around - boasts a baby pool plus 4 tennis courts. Walk to the beach or town. Or ride your bike or hop on the town shuttle that loops through the development. Since the villa is within town limits, it comes with 2 parking passes that let you park in many coveted 'resident only' spots all over town, including key ones near the beach! Many conveniences are within a block of the villa (liquor store, videos, pizza). Six blocks away you'll find lots more restaurants, shops and mini golf. Don't forget to check out the evening entertainment (music, puppet shows) & morning exercise classes at the bandstand! Golf courses and world class outlet shopping minutes away.
