Large, new and bright east lake drive family beach house with views of Lake Montauk across the street. Expansive decking off the house allows for great entertaining, sun bathing, or relaxing after the beach; equipped with adirondack chairs, outdoor dining table which seats 8, and a new Webber gas grill. The house also features a chef's kitchen, large dining room which seats 10 people, and a cozy and bright living room with fireplace. Plenty of outdoor space for running around. Gin Beach is a 2 minute drive at the end of the street. No pets and no smoking. Please.
