Legal Stuff:
1.Reservation and Security Deposits. On execution of this lease, Lessee deposits with Lessor a non-refundable Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00), receipt of which is acknowledged by Lessor as reservation and down payment to guarantee for the faithful performance by Lessee of the terms hereof. An additional two hundred fifty Dollars ($250.00) is required of the Lessee as refundable security deposit.
2. Use of Premises. Lessee shall comply with all the sanitary laws, ordinances, rules, and orders of appropriate governmental authorities and associations affecting the cleanliness, occupancy, and preservation of the demised premises during the term of this lease. Lessee does not supply linens, towels, etc, to the lessor for the beds and bathrooms. Linen services may be found in the Rehoboth area phone book.
3.Number of Occupants. Lessee agrees that the demised premises shall be occupied by no more than Fifteen (15) persons, consisting of both adult parents and children under the age
4.Damage to Premises. If the demised premises, or any part thereof, shall be partially damaged by fire or other casualty not due to Lessee’s negligence or willful act or that of his/her family, agent, or visitor, the premises shall be promptly repaired by Lessor and there shall be an abatement of rent corresponding with the time during which, and the extent to which, the leased premises may have been untenantable; but,
5.Dangerous Materials. Lessee shall not keep o have on the leased premises any article or thing of a dangerous, inflammable, or explosive character that might unreasonably increase the danger of fire on the leased premises or that might be considered hazardous by any responsible
