Two level penthouse located in Sanibel Village close to downtown and the beach. Located in Eagles Landing area. With 5 very spacious bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, it is easy comfort. Master suite with king size bed and queen sleeper sofa. The master bedroom features a slate vanity an ensuite bathroom with a 6 foot shower comprised of 2 rain shower heads with 4-sided shower heads. WOW! What's better than a hot relaxing massage shower with water water everywhere? Three pools, tennis courts, walking distance to Big Fish Grill recently voted best seafood restaurant on the beach! Jungle Jim's close by for the kids. Water and amusement park also just a hop, skip and a jump. Check in time is 3 PM Check out time is 11:00 AM Promptly The penthouse has central air, washer& dryer, dishwasher, screened porch, sunbathing deck on the second floor. Perfect for a large family or group of friends.

Legal Stuff: 1.Reservation and Security Deposits. On execution of this lease, Lessee deposits with Lessor a non-refundable Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00), receipt of which is acknowledged by Lessor as reservation and down payment to guarantee for the faithful performance by Lessee of the terms hereof. An additional two hundred fifty Dollars ($250.00) is required of the Lessee as refundable security deposit. 2. Use of Premises. Lessee shall comply with all the sanitary laws, ordinances, rules, and orders of appropriate governmental authorities and associations affecting the cleanliness, occupancy, and preservation of the demised premises during the term of this lease. Lessee does not supply linens, towels, etc, to the lessor for the beds and bathrooms. Linen services may be found in the Rehoboth area phone book. 3.Number of Occupants. Lessee agrees that the demised premises shall be occupied by no more than Fifteen (15) persons, consisting of both adult parents and children under the age

If the demised premises, or any part thereof, shall be partially damaged by fire or other casualty not due to Lessee’s negligence or willful act or that of his/her family, agent, or visitor, the premises shall be promptly repaired by Lessor and there shall be an abatement of rent corresponding with the time during which, and the extent to which, the leased premises may have been untenantable; but, 5.Dangerous Materials. This much needed family get away was great fun. Our five families fit beautifully in this rental. While the house was well maintained and clean, certain furniture could use an upgrade. The area is somewhat expensive, so we did not eat out much. However, the amenities such as pots and pans, dishwasher, stove, made meal-time effortless. The 1.2 walk to the beach was good exercise. The pool was a nice addition that we used daily. We would recommend this rental to our family and friends and hope to make it back. Owner provided good customer service.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
