This seaside beach cottage rental is located directly across the street, a few sandy steps away from Cape Cod's Craigville Beach on Craigville Beach Road. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and plenty of old Cape Cod charm! There is a fully renovated kitchen with new countertops and all new appliances including stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Other features include room A.C., hot outside shower, gas grill, picnic table and patio set for outdoor eating. The Centerville River is at the rear of the property and can host fishing and kayaking activities. Enjoy the huge private yard with outside deck, picnic table, beach chairs, and plenty of parking. The exterior also has new deck and siding. The cottage is within close proximity to special attractions such as the Melody Tent, ferries to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard, downtown Hyannis restaurants, deep sea fishing, surf casting and golf. This is the cleanest cottage you can find!
