This is a fully furnished, beautiful, Colonial style bungalow. There are two bedrooms, each with a queen bed and ample closet space. Amenities include a fully furnished living room, dining room and kitchen, color TV, an eight person Jacuzzi, heated pool, large manicured garden and full-time staff. The bungalow is centrally located near Spanish language schools, world famous hotel/culinary schools, banks, restaurants, taxis, and more.

Perfect Rental for All Occasions: This home is a perfect vacation rental for families and couples alike. The home boasts a large manicured garden for children to play in or for couples to admire, a beautiful pool and large Jacuzzi. The bungalow has two bedrooms on the second floor with balconies. Wake to the sun rising over Popocateptl Volcano! On the first floor you will find the kitchen, living and dining room, all fully furnished. The home is also located near several language schools, great restaurants, bars and discos. We rented the Bungalow during the week of February 16th to the 23rd, 2008. Although we were so busy sight seeing that we didn't have much time to spend at the bungalow, we thorougly enjoyed it. From the lush grounds to the heated pool and most of all Hilda the cook. She was fantastic in preparing traditional Mexican breakfasts, and just a sweet as she could be. Although she only speaks mostly Spanish, and our Spanish is very limited, with the aid of a dictionary we managed quite well. If you are there for breakfast, ask her to make you Sopes. Not to be confused with Sopa which is Soup. Pronounced "sopay" they are wonderful. We only wish we would have been able to enjoy her lunches and dinners. There was just too much to see and do that we didn't have time to be at the bungalow through the day.

Our youngest daughter is living in Cuernavaca and is teaching at the Universidad Internacional. The bungalow was in good proximity to her home near the University.

If you go to Cuernavaca, look up Alfredo. He is an English speaking tour guide and can be found almost any day at the Palacio de Cortez on the Zocolo. He is a great person and a good friend. Has been the tour guide for the Stars of Hollywood. Quite an interesting fellow. He will take you to all of the local attractions

If you have never been to Cuernavaca, you will enjoy the people there. They are wonderful, friendly people. Just open your heart to them and they will do the same. They welcome you as if you were family. A wonderful place to visit with year round temps in the 80's. Plenty of places to see and lots to do. You really need at least two weeks to take it all in. Go and visit the Barancas in Cuernavaca, the Palacio de Cortez, the Xochicalco ruins and on the way back enjoy lunch at Cortez's Summer palace. Taxco for silver, take a 3 hour excursion to the ruins north of Mexico City, at Teotihuacan. Stroll the Zocolo and on Tuesday evenings listen to the Salsa music and watch the dancers. Go to Tres de Mayo for ceramics. Las Manianitas and La India Bonita are fantastic restaurants.

The bungalow although advertised as 1 1/2 baths, also includes a sink in each bedroom. We took our daughter and her husband with us, so the extra sinks came in handy. The rooms are large and each has a private balcony and tons of closet space.

This was our second trip to the city and we always love it. Don't miss out on this beautiful place.

I rented this beautiful villa and bungalow for the month of January 2008 and invited friends through out the US to join during the time. Everyone enjoyed the villa and staff which were eager to please and there aren’t enough words to describe Hilda, our fabulous cook. Oh, we also owe Bryon a great deal of thanks for showing us the neighborhood. This was most everyone’s first trip to Cuernavaca and there were so many great towns, museums and cathedrals to visit, pyramids to climb not to mention shopping. We hired a driver, Francisco, who was an excellent tour guide, driver and now friend. .
