Our beautiful new condo has 4 bedrooms, 3 baths plus a stunning loft area with a queen size sofa bed. The condo is 2300 Sq Ft all on one level - with separate master suites to accommodate multiple families. Bethany Lakes Bayside is located on the Indian River Bay 1.5 miles from the boardwalk at Bethany Beach. The community has tennis, indoor and outdoor pools, a state of the art clubhouse with expansive exercise room, sauna, game room, and great room. Our condo has two master bedroom/bath suites (one with a jacuzzi) plus two additional bedrooms. A beach shuttle is available on weekends for beach drop off. The community pier is great for a stroll or a place to drop your kayak into the waters of the Indian River Bay. Come enjoy a relaxing get-a-way available all year long.

In addition an indoor pool, outdoor pool, and hot tub are part of the clubhouse. The clubhouse over looks the Indian River Bay and the Tennis Courts. It is located West of Bethany Beach

Our First Delaware Vacation

WE chose this condo for its layout ( all on one floor) the 4 bedroom s& bathrooms were very important to us. The condo was very clean & very nicely decorated, we definitely felt like we were on vacation.
The property had wonderful amenities in the lake & club house. One of our friends brought up his kayaks & was happy to be able to drop them in the near by waters & start exploring. The club house was great on that ocassional rainy day when you needed some place to go, very clean very inviting.
We ate all our dinners out, it was wonderful how so many restaurants were in close proximity to the complex. We found that our location was perfect for just about every thing..we traveled up and down the state of DE with little problem & in little time. We even took a drive down to Ocean City Maryland another short drive from our location.
Size, location ,cleanlinese all ranked high in our discussion at the end of the week.
