    GST (5%) and PST (10%) are applicable as we are licensed and certified by PEI tourism. Four Star Canada Select Rating
  • Deposit equal to half of total rental rate required to book reservation. Remainder plus PST/GST (tax) due on arrival. payments payable by cheque or cash preferably in Canadian dollars; however, US dollars based on daily foreign exchange equivalent accepted. If we re-rent the property and do not incur additional expenses, the client receives a full refund of deposit. If we do not re-rent the property no refund shall be remitted. Reservation dates can be changed at any time depending on availability.

my family stayed in this beautiful house in July 2008, had the most wonderful time. property is beautiful, the house was very clean and comfortable, beach was amazing. very relaxing time. The only problem should have booked two weeks, one week was just not long enough. would highly recommend this property.
