Cute and comfortable beach house 2 blocks to the beach and 1 block to the bay. A 5 minute walk to Newport pier and shops and restaurants. House comes with a fully equipped kitchen, all linens, towels and beach chairs. Bicycles for use. 2 car parking is available in the garage. Washer and dryer are provided.

Newport Beach CA is one of the most beautiful resort towns in the USA. Conveniently located at the end of the Newport Freeway (55), the beach house is only 20 minutes from LA Angles Stadium and Disneyland and only 45 minutes from LA Dodger Stadium and downtown LA. But why go anywhere? Millions of things to do between Balboa Island (5 minutes away) and busy Costa Mesa with full services (10 minutes away). Not to mention the best beach in California only a 5 minute walk!

Notes: Ground floor so wheelchairs can make it.( but no wheelchair access doors available). Nice fenced outside patio with a barbeque, great for evenings after the beach all day. We have 5 bikes you can use! Drive 10 minutes to the multiplex movie theater, or rent a movie and kick back in comfort. Walking distance to Newport Pier, the Plaza, or tons of great restaurants. Only 25 minutes from both Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm, and LA Angles Stadium. 40 minutes from LA Dodger Stadium.

Second time we stayed in this house and we love it. Great location, lots of toys, bikes and the beach. We will be back next year.

We have stayed for two years in a row.......looking forward to our thrid stay........the best part is everything is included: bikes, beach chairs, toys, towels, washer/dryer, 2-car garage, blankets, etc.........it makes your vacation a lot easier!!!
