Located in beautiful New Seabury, an oceanfront resort in the town of Mashpee. Enjoy the swimming or walking to the pristine Popponesset Spit, or exploring the protected South Cape Beach and Waquoit Bay 5 minutes away. Our comfortable attractive home has been completely redecorated and refurnished.We have added a beautfiul new sunroom and new IPE deck. Enjoy meals outside on a private deck or steps away on a stone and landscaped patio. Our cul de sac location allows an even more private setting, yet easily accessible to beaches, Mashpee Commons, and the Marina 1/4 mile away. Boat and kayak rentals are available at the Marina, to explore inland waterways and Popponesset Bay. Five on site restaurants within New Seabury offer a wide selection of dining possibilities for all ages. Within New Seabury you can explore by foot or bike on several trails, quiet roads, and 3 miles of beachfront. Five golf courses are minutes away. Small shops and free concerts can be enjoyed in Popponesset Market

The third bedroom upstairs has 2 twin beds and a cathedral ceiling. A full bath separates the 2 bedrooms. Porta crib available for tots, can be used in either the king or queen bedroom. Layout is great for multi- generations or 2 couples, or a bunch of singles. All excellent quality bedding.
