The home is located in a private guarded, gated community nestled between the Ocean and River within the City limits of Vero Beach--where the 'Tropics' begin. Grand screened in area boasts a beautiful tiled covered entertainment area overlooking the large heated free-form pool which includes a 60' lap lane. This area lends itself to private, relaxing times, either entertaining guests or hanging out with loved ones. The pool can be accessed via kitchen/dinette, living room and master quarters. This spacious split-plan home includes a fireplace in the vaulted living room, formal dining room, well equipped kitchen and laundry room. The over sized master suite includes a king bed, large walk-in closet and bath along with a private sitting room accommodating your computer and media needs. The other guest suites have there own private full baths, one with a queen bed the other with twins. All of this within a short walk to your private beach and minutes away from shopping and/or dining

The house is about 2500 sf under airconditioning. It is a split plan design which allows all a lot of privacy or 'space'. Each bedroom has it's own full bath. There are two twin mattresses and one queen air mattress available if the sleeping accommodations need to grow (from 6 to 8). Since the house is located on the barrier island, the 'sidewalk' which runs nearly the length of Indian River Co is accessible either by foot, blade, or bike. The private beach is a short walk away where boogey boarding, fishing and sandcastle building await.

We had an ABSOLUTE Blast. Stayed last year for the FOURTH of July week. Could not have been a better choice! The guiitar shaped pool was perfect for swimming after the Ocean. The Beach is a very quick walk away with fantastic sand and wonderful blue water.
We were fortunate to watch the SHUTTLE LAUNCH right from the beach. It seemed SO close! The house is very nice with a comfortable ranch layout. It flows well and is perfect for entertaining. The house was very clean upon arrival. We liked the fact it was in a gated community with a guard on duty 24hrs. Attractively priced and close to shopping and great restuarants. We will be back.

Fabulous rental property!

This property was just as described. Very clean, homey environment. Owner was very pleasant and welcoming and was available for any problems that might occur, although there were no problems. We felt right at home from the beginning. Layout of the home provides environment for several people to have their own space and privacy, but is open enough for togetherness and entertaining. One of the best properties we have ever stayed in. The beach is a quick bike ride or a short walk away. Beautiful private beach. We plan on going back to this property in the future. Thanks Mary!

I must admit we were a little anxious about renting on line from someone and some place we knew nothing about, but we had a wonderful vaction. The owner was not only professional, but understanding and went out of her way to make sure we had a FANTASTIC experience. The home was beautiful, comfortable, and completely furnish for all our needs. I can not say enough about the huge crystal clean private pool!!! Found beaches very close by with showers, restrooms, & lifeguard. Owners honest, lovely people!!!

Great and relaxing place

We were lucky to find this wonderful vacation home for a much needed relaxing break, and that is exactly what we had from arrival to departure last summer.
The house is spacious and offers everything you could need. We really enjoyed having our own private pool, (mosquitoe free!) espacially in the evenings, having a drink while cooking our fresh fish and seafood on the BBQ.
The neighbourhood is so quiet, it was really a relief for us who needed peace and quiet.But what we absolutely fell for was the beach, we practically had it to ourselves! It really is a beautiful beach and you can walk for hours without meeting anyone. We absolutely adored it.
The owners are really special people, so nice, it was like meeting longtime friends. They were very welcoming and always made sure we were comfortable and had every thing we needed, and we did. All that and more!
Anyway, we really hope we'll be able to make it back there this summer.

What a great getaway! The owners have added such a personal touch to the welcome. We received a call to make sure we had arrived savely, and then they (the owners) had fresh oranges and grapefruit waiting for us along with local menus, where to go and what to do! Very low key, upscale location...felt like I was home..wish it was my home! Just steps from the beach, bikes available, all pool and ocean toys at our disposal-right in the garage. The owner must like to entertain, as we had everything we could possibly need in the kitchen and bar area! Private pool with shaded veranda-here we sipped our coffee each morning and had our cocktails each evening. We hope to make this our own little vacation resort on an annual basis! We were here in the latter part of May, and though the temperature was hot, this area of the coast was not overbearing...good cross breezes between the ocean and the river. The private beach was magnificent, the ocean rolling! We are really looking forward to doing this again this year!
