Beautiful Lakefront home located in Arrowhead Lakes gated community. Watch the incredible sunsets from your deck. Paddle boat, rowboat and canoe for you to enjoy on this 190-acre lake. Fish from private dock for Bass and other pan fish. Arrowhead Lakes has two lakes, three outdoor pools, clubhouse, seven tennis courts (lit for night play). Lifeguards at all pools and beaches. Activities for kids throughout the summer months. Our home is located within walking distance to beach and playground. Camelbeach water park is a great day. Shop for bargains at the Crossing Outlet Mall -- both approximately 25 min away. Winter brings many fun activities such as ice-skating, cross-country skiing and just think you just have to walk out your front door. Jack Frost/Big Boulder only 10 min away and Camelback is also close by for a great day of skiing and other outdoor activities. Open floor plan with large windows to enjoy the great views. Cable TVs, PlayStation and Sega for your enjoyment

More details: Arrowhead Lakes is a gated community containing two lakes for swimming and fishing and boating, lifeguard posts are at the four beaches and three outdoor heated pools, seven tennis courts and a basketball court (lite for night play), playgrounds, and planned activities for kids and adults all year long. Just check the community calendar for all the events. Arrowhead Lake community requires renters (over the age of 6) to purchase amenity badges only during the Summer Season (Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend) for use of the pool, beaches and lake. Weekly badges are $25.00 per person and Daily badges are $7.50 per person per day. Gate pass must be purchased for $25.00 per vehicle in order to access the community. My wife and I had a great time, The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The lake views are incredible along with all the wildlife we saw all week. Fishing was great right off the dock, caught three nice largemouth bass. I could not ask for a better house

Super vacation rental.

We really loved this home and enjoyed our week long stay here. Sunsets and moonlit nights are beautiful. Kids loved the hanging out on the deck, boating, video games and board games. After a few days of activities we decided to spend more time at the house. We loved the beach areas, and boating from the back of the house.

Highly recommend renting this house!

Amazing and Relaxing Stay!

I rented this beautiful home for the last week of the summer and it did not dissappoint.

The home-owner was flexible and worked with me to arrange for my dates and my growing family. The home is wonderful and has everything you will need. The best part is the lake, the tranquility, the scenery, and the privacy.

Can't ask for a better outcome.
