The Villa.

The two-storey property has been designed to maximise space, with high ceilings and light coloured walls generating a feeling of openness, whilst maintaining much needed privacy by having separate areas for entertainment & relaxation. It has two distinct living areas each with their own dining tables, so that the children can have space of their own and play to their hearts content, watch television or play games whilst their parents can relax, uninterrupted at the end of a “long” tiring day.

Master Suite - Downstairs.

The first master suite is situated on the ground floor and contains a King-size double bed, a large walk-in wardrobe with shelving and hanging rails, cable television with DVD player and ceiling fan. Contained within the suite, is a seating area where you can to relax & enjoy some solitude - read a book & put your feet up. It has direct access to the pool area via sliding patio doors and has an en-suite bathroom, containing dual sink vanity unit, separate W.C., deep tub bath and separate shower cubicle.

Master Suite - Upstairs.

The second master suite is situated on the upper floor, at the rear of the property and overlooks the patio and swimming pool, with views towards Disneyland & Epcot for night-time firework displays. It contains a King-size double bed, large walk-in wardrobe with shelving and hanging rails, cable television with DVD player and also has an en-suite bathroom, containing dual sink vanity unit, deep tub bath and large corner shower cubicle.

Bedrooms 3, 4 & 5.

The third bedroom is situated on the ground floor and has a Queen-size doubled bed, large double wardrobe, cable television and is located adjacent to the ground floor bathroom. The two remaining bedrooms are located on the upper floor, each of which contains two single beds with walk-in wardrobes, cable television and are conveniently located opposite the fourth bathroom.

The Pool Area.

The pool area is east facing with an extended deck, has a removable child protection screen fitted between the house and pool for their protection and is fully screened against fly’s and bug’s. It contains a heated 8 metre by 4 metre ( 26 foot by 13 foot ) pool, with heated jet-spa adjoining and has luxury pool furniture with table, chairs and adjustable sun loungers.

Kitchen & Laundry Rooms.

The kitchen area has a breakfast bar with stools and is fully fitted with all the appliances that you would expect in a villa of this quality, including: Self-cleaning electric range, Dishwasher, Refrigerator with ice maker, built-in Microwave and water purifier. Adjacent to the breakfast bar, is a large dining table capable of seating 6 people, for family meals together. There is a separate laundry room, with individual large capacity washing machine and dryer fitted - with access to the garage, containing a Pool Table, Electronic Soft-tip Dart Board with darts & Table Soccer Table ( Foosball ), for use by our guests.
