This spring training complex is probably the most historic one in major league baseball. The facility was voted the best spring training facility in MLB! Come watch the pros and enjoy the great American past-time ... a Dodger Dog. You might even get the autograph you've always wanted! After spring training, games are played daily; April through September. The Nutcracker is a favorite for the holidays along with several other wonderful plays and performances.

For example, you can enjoy homemade biscuits at a locally owned coffee house or a bagel at a nationally known chain for breakfast. Many local and franchise restaurants are available for breakfast, lunch and dinner selections. You can cruise on a boat to a fun restaurant on the river and eat at the sand bar or relax on the dining deck. Only one option out of many! If you are in the mood for fine dining, there are many beautiful restaurants with fantastic menu choices. Locally caught seafood is always a favorite! There is a 13 screen movie complex as well as 2 wonderful theaters

Attractions: A short distance from the house are the Vero Beach Museum of Art, and the Riverside Theater for live productions. The Nutcracker is a favorite for the Holidays along with several other wonderful plays and performances. The Museum of Art offers workshops in painting, drawing, sculpture and ceramics. A park for picnicking, jogging and exercise is near the museum and theater. On Ocean Drive, there are many shops and restaurants. Oceanside parks and a boardwalk are within a 10-minute drive from the house. By car, a major shopping center and a collection of brand-name discount stores can be reached. Disney World is about 2 hours away by car. Cape Canaveral is 2 hours away. Ft. Lauderdale, The Everglades, and Tampa are each 3 hours.
