Go biking on the various bike trails that includes three states, and scenic roads. The Town beach has a playground, and swimming, canoeing and sailing lessons for children. The Sharon Audubon offers nature walks, bird watching and educational programs for kids
History, Art Galleries, Museums: Being one of the oldest towns in Connecticut, visit the Holley Williams house and the Cannon Museum (great for children) to find out Salisbury’s importance in the Revolutionary War. Norman Rockwell Museum, Shaker Museum and Clark Institute are not far away in Mass. Jacob’s Pillow in Stockbridge has various dance companies perform. There are three art galleries in Lakeville as well as others in the area.
