Free use of kayak & paddle boat and all the water toys. 3 Seater Jet Ski and 2 gas powered Bumper available at additional cost. Cottage comes completely furnished and ready for fun. Bring your own boat for added fun. Private lake front community. Less than 5 miles from Good Speed Opera House and the CT River. Washer & Dryer on premise. Enjoy the private calmness or bring the friends & family. About 1 hr from Hartford and 2.5 Hrs from NYC. Everything is new inside and out and we have all the comforts of home. large gas grill, cable TV, wireless Internet, fully stocked kitchen and much more. We have had guest from around the world and most come back every year!
