Fabulous ocean, inter coastal and pool views. Two bedroom, 1-1/2 bath, town home in well-maintained Four Winds Condominiums Resort. Very close to the beach. Enjoy the beauty and relaxation of fine, white sandy beaches from your ocean-view private balcony overlooking the ocean and one of two heated pools. This privately owned vacation home is furnished with everything you will need--a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, stove, full-size washer and dryer, Wireless Internet Connection. We provide all linens. The master bedroom has an awesome ocean view, a king-size bed, and TV with cable and DVD player. The second bedroom has an inter-coastal view, twin beds with TV with cable, and DVD/VHS player. Game Cube System with two controllers. You can bring your games or rent games at a nearby Blockbuster. Four Winds is a well-maintained complex along the Atlantic Ocean and across the street from the Intercoastal Waterway on Anastasia Island. The guest bedroom has a great view of the IntraCoastal Waterway while the master bedroom has a fantastic ocean and pool view. From this unit you can capture beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Near World Golf Village Palm Coast, Marine land and Historic St. Augustine-the oldest city in the United States. Daytona Beach is 45 minutes, Disney is 1-1/2 hours, and Jacksonville is 1 hour.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Weekly Rates from $650 to $999. Daily and Long-term rentals available. Weekend Special $190
  • Unit is newly remodeled with new baths, new kitchen, new flooring and new linens in November 2006. All renters must be 25-years old. No Smoking and No Pets.

    Security Deposit $250 per unit of stay is due upon confirmation of rental. The deposit is fully refundable after your stay pending key return and inspection of the premises. Refunds are usually mailed within three (3) days. Deposit is not refundable if your stay is cancelled.

    $15 Credit Card Fee on all rentals less than one week.

    Rent and cleaning fee plus applicable taxes are due 30 days prior to your arrival. Otherwise, rental will be reopened to others. Sorry, but once paid these fees are not refundable unless we are able to rent the unit to others after your cancellation.

    Renter must be at least 25 years old

    No Pets Allowed

    No Smoking.

Wireless Internet Connection, New cabinets, new countertops, new flooring, new linens, fresh paint, updated bath with grab bar. Well worth the money. We are seeking tenants who will take care of this property as if it were their own.

I will first mentioned that we have rented several condos in Florida in the last few years and this one is the best! The beds, the sofa, the patio chairs, the living room they are all soo confortable. Nice living space. The view from the condo is amaizing. The beaches are wide and clean. Condo is also extremely clean. It was our second visit to St-Augustine and we just love this city. We dream about moving there one day.
