Magnificent, new end-unit townhouse of 1800 square feet in East Orleans. 5 Minute walk to Sundae School and Fancy's Farm Stand and right down the road from Nauset Beach. Professionally decorated and fully furnished with brand new and beautiful decor. First floor kitchen with all the amenities, granite, and breakfast bar. Open cafe table in the eating area, right off the kitchen. Two floor great room with gas fire place and french door to private patio. First floor master with large full bath. Laundry on first floor. Upstairs, great loft with couch, TV and games. Great reading and game area. 2nd bedroom with 2 twin trundles and another full bath upstairs. Central air and linens provided 1 car garage for bike and beach toys!

I have to admit, we had doubts about renting over the internet. The pictures of the property are lovely, but we had been burned before with previous rentals. The good news is that the property was exactly as it was portrayed in the pictures. An absolutely beautiful home, tastefully decorated with all of the amenities. The upstairs bedroom and loft area was perfect for our teenage daughter and her friend to have their own space. The patio is a perfect place to enjoy the landscaping and all of the wonderful blooms. We were pleasantly surprised to learn that the location was just a few minutes away from the beach, shops and restaraunts. We felt completely at home here and highly recommend this property. Thank you!
