Cancellation & Changes: Cancellations or changes made more than 45 days in advance will receive a full refund less cancellation fee of $30. Cancellations or changes make between 30 to 45 days in advance forfeit an amount equal to one night’s stay. Cancellations or changes made less than 30 days in advance forfeit the full amount paid. Guest’s credit card will be charged for full amount due if payment or cancellation notice is not received within 45 days in advance of the arrival date. Upon receipt of Reservation Deposit, Guest will be sent a Guest Confirmation Agreement. We make every effort to rebook your canceled reservation. If we are successful we will move your reservation to dates within a comparable season and you will only be charge $30 cancel/change fee and the difference (if any) between your existing reservation and the new replacement reservation. Great view and property! We enjoyed the rec room/garage area for the children and all of the toys for the beach. The house was beautifully furnished with stylish furniture, linens for bedding and bath of the highest quality, and a well stocked kitchen. It was an easy walk to the beach and we loved the surrounding area. We will consider coming here again. Having stayed at many places in Lincoln City, this is one of the best. The owners are very helpful with answers to even the smallest of questions. We also appreciated how clean the house was.

lovely and relaxing

We loved the Jetty house. We just got back after a 4 night stay and wished we were there longer. Because i have two toddlers most of my day is spent inside during naps and meals, so it was really important for me to book something that was beautiful and relaxing on the inside. Even if I hadn't stepped outside the entire time I would have felt like I had a delightful vacation. The design was just right Not too much or too little with relaxing oceany blues and sandy whites. And the most delicious creamy shag carpet. The view was spectacular with wall to wall windows and a perfect curve of the beach to stare at.
My eldest daughter loved the kids room and My husband and I had fun in the game room playing ping pong.
We liked Barnacle Bills for fresh seafood and the whale watching boat at Depot Bay. My daughter keeps asking me when we are going to back (We celebrated her birthday there) and we are already dreaming of our next trip.
You will not be disapointed.
