Perfect for families or anyone desiring a summer house near the beach and close to everything. Come home to a comfortably cool house and a restful night’s sleep after enjoying the summer sunshine. Just bring your towels and linens, everything else is here for you. This air conditioned beach house has four bedrooms, kitchen, living room, recreation room with ping pong table, 2 baths, washer, backyard deck with outdoor furniture, gas grill, and an outdoor shower. Your home away from home includes a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, TV with cable, VCR/ DVD washer & dryer. Bedrooms have 2 queen beds and3 full beds. There is parking available for several cars and trash pickup is included. The ferry to Block Island, lovely Jamestown and historic Newport are all just a short 10 – 15 minute drive. Take the fast ferry to Martha's Vineyard. Drive 30 minutes to Providence to eat at world class restaurants on Federal Hill, visit Roger William’s Zoo, tour historic museums and homes on the East Side or take in a show in the theater district. Description is accurate. Great neighborhood. Very clean. Outdoor shower is wonderful...my kids were almost too clean. Location is convenient to beach, kids park, Galilee, Providence, and ice cream. I would recommend this property without hesitation. Lee Ann
