Beautiful Antique Colonial with a cottage near Wellfleet Harbor. This home has waterviews and is a short distance to the harbor, Mayo Beach or Wellfleet Center. The first floor has a comfortable living room, a family room and a remodeled (2011) kitchen with; marble counters, luxury appliances and french doors to a private lush backyard. The second floor has 3 bedrooms (1 queen, 1 double & 2 twins) and second full bath. The third floor has another bedroom with one dbl. bed. Dine outdoors on a brick patio with plenty of seating. The cottage has a living room/dining area, apartment sized stove and full size refrigerator. The second floor has a bedroom with double bed and an adjacent area with one twin bed. There is a half bath in the cottage and an enclosed outdoor shower. A wonderful spot for a family vacations close to everything and yet it's own private oasis.

  • There is a refundable security deposit of $350.00. All security deposits are returned in full 3-4 weeks after departure when there are no material damages or excessive dirtiness. Guests are expected to leave the house broom clean in accordance with Massachusetts General Law. The home is professionally cleaned and inspected by an agency representative between each rental. There is currently no room tax in Massachusetts, cleaning and commission are paid by the home owner.
