Marco Island is serene, beautiful, tropical paradise. Great water views of canal from this home that is located just one block from beach, everything you'll need for an exotic vacation. Three bedrooms and two full baths. The master bedroom has a king sized bed w/attached bath with shower, sliding doors that leads to the lanai. The first guest bedroom has a king bed and the other has two twin beds. Every bedroom has cable TVs, DVD and VCR player in the Great Room. Free High Speed wireless Internet access. Wide selection of movies for your entertainment. Screened lanai has a BBQ grill and patio furniture, heated pool. The house is open and bright with plenty of sunlight all day long with southwest exposure. Washer and dryer. Fishing off the boat dock. Tigertail Beach a thirty acre nature preserve and shorebird nesting area. A concession that rents cabanas, chase lounges, kayaks and paddle boats. Para sailing, catamaran and jet-ski rentals are available on the beach. Paypal accepted!

It is a wonderful house; all possible amenities available. Just that you need to walk a little to get to the closest beach. If you need a place to rest and disconect...this is it.

House is exactly what you see here. Pool was a lot of fun and my wife and I had a great time. The house has everything that you need to have a great Vacation. Marco Island is a beautiful place to be The Island has plenty of things to do and a lot of good Restaurants.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay in this property very much. The owner was friendly and very easy to work with and while the listing shows it is a nice home, the house was even better than we were expecting. Very clean, spacious, and well appointed with everything needed for your stay.

The home is in a great location, the pool and lanai/screen enclosed deck area is very roomy, and since we were able to bring our dog and our boat, we couldn’t have asked for a better situation. If you are boater, you’ll definitely enjoy being able to dock your boat (or a rental boat) at your own dock literally a few feet away from the house. There are an endless number of interesting places to explore by boat nearby.

We brought our own things like paper towels, soap, dishwashing detergent, etc, but we found that the house was already stocked with such things as this. We didn’t have children with us but if you are family with kids that will be staying here, save the space and hassle of bring beach chairs, bikes, beach/pool toys, etc. because you’ll find them already at the house.

As far as non-boating/swimming/beaching activities, the business area of Marco Island is nearby so shopping, restaurants, etc. are easy to get to. The owners of the house have placed a large binder/notebook with information and their personal reviews and past guest reviews of restaurants and nearby areas of interests. This was very helpful in the process of planning where to go what to do.

We had a great time, hope to stay again, and would very much recommend this property.
