A first floor apartment with air-conditioning, sun terrace overlooking beautiful gardens and large, private pool, tennis courts, in a peaceful and charming location. This new, luxurious and very well maintained development is only a short walk from the Puerto Banus beach and famous marina. There's a small supermarket nearby and a large shopping complex within 15 minutes away. The property benefits from an enclosed garden and security system. The apartment itself boasts marble flooring with 2 twin bedrooms (1 with en-suit) and a spacious living room with dining room combined. The separate fully fitted kitchen, is complete with washing machine and dishwasher. The apartment also has from 2 televisions, Basic SKY TV, DVD,CD player and a Sony PlayStation. The garage has its own private storeroom for bikes/golf clubs etc. Although a first floor apartment, it has a lift, which serves the garage. Two minute walk from main road with excellent Taxi and Bus service. Availability is flexible.

  • When the deposit has been paid, please note that the balance must be paid in full , 6 weeks before the date of departure. Please advise us by email, as soon as possible after the full payment has been made, what your flight times and flight nos are, and also your departure aiport from the UK, (or whichever country you are leaving from), and which your arrival airport in Spain is, (i.e. Malaga). Likewise your departure airport and home destination airport. This enables us to arrange for our agent to meet you, and hand over keys, and directions on how to get to the apartment.

There is also 2 sets of golf clubs in the store room, though a certificate of handicap is required to use most courses. There is a kettle and toaster as well.

Golf: There are two sets of Golf Clubs in the store room, however to play on most of the courses, you will need a certificate of your handicap from your own Golf Club. The nearest golf course, which does not require a handicap certificate, is at Magna de Marbella, and is about 4 or 5 minutes in a taxi from the apartment .This is only a 9 hole course, but the cost is very reasonable to play there, and there is a very attractive clubhouse/ restaurant. Duration of stay is flexible, and midweek, and additional single days are negotiable

Lovely apartment, clean and well equiped. Great view from the terrace of the beautiful gardens and the pool. The pool was safe and well supervised, and we had lots of space to sunbathe on the loungers. Thanks for a great holiday.

Property was well equipped but could have been cleaner and in need of a touch of paint here and there. Management company were excellent. Nearest supermarket was an uphill 15 mins walk. Best supermarket was a short drive away. By far the biggest disappointment was we couldn't use our lilos in the pool. Considering you save up so much money and look forward to a holiday all year, this was a massive disappointment especially for the kids. Don't understand why this is not allowed. However, the pool was never busy and was very relaxing if you just wanted to swim and sunbathe. Restaurants nearby were expensive so best bet is to go to Puerto Banus centre as there are plenty of restaurants to suit most budgets.
Overall we had a very enjoyable holiday as we used the property as a base and had a car to get around. We managed to use a pool in another complex which allowed the kids to use their lilos.
