No other area in the entire upper keys even comes close. It caters to those who simple desire the very best in luxury accommodations and amenities. Direct Ocean Access: The community offers a wide array of amenities. Its most unique feature is the brand new lagoon style oceanfront swimming pool, which opened in the fall of 2006. This is the largest oceanfront pool in the entire keys, it is surrounded by lush tropical landscaping, coconut trees, sandy beach entry, tiki huts, and BBQ's. Your experience will leave no doubt that you are vacationing in an island paradise. The complex also offers guests its own state of the art club house, fitness center, and jacuzzi with waterfall grotto. There is 200' oceanfront pier that's great for taking a relaxing stroll. At the center of the complex is our 45 slip deep water marina with service pedestals. Our on-site harbormaster will assist you with all your boating, diving and fishing needs. Arrangements can be made for fishing charters and dive trips. The Spiegel Grove and Molasses Reef are 15 minutes away.

Very disappointing property

The resort is fabulous but the property rather disappointing.
One bedroom is a partitioned off part of the main living area - with glass doors but no curtains so no privacy. This is not made clear in the property information. The kitchen has no cooker, no dishwasher and the equipment is very limited - only 4 plates, bowls etc and very few utensils.
There are much much better properties in the resort for a similar cost.
The advertisment blends together the upstairs and the downstairs property and the upstairs property is much better equipped.
Owner's Response: I am sorry that you were disappointed with the unit. Had you notified me of your concerns when your arrived, I would have been glad to address them.

Since the 2nd bedroom has glass panel doors, it has a curtain that can be closed for privacy. If the curtain was taken down, I would have had my handyman reinstall it. The unit you rented comes with a Kitchenette (partial kitchen). This is disclosed in the advertisement and in the lease agreement. I can only assume that since you were coming from the UK, you were not familiar with that term. There should be plates/utensils for 6 people. The rates I charge are comparable to what other owners charge. Unless you go into a unit to see the condition of the unit, its difficult to gauge the value of the rental.

I've been renting this property for over 5 years and this is the first time I have had a negative comment. Its unfortunate that you did not give me an opportunity to address your concerns. I would have done everthing possible to make your stay more enjoyable.

There were two couples that stayed in the upstairs part of this unit. There were two couples on the main floor of this unit. It was a great place to stay during our vacation. We would stay here again. Fernando was great easy to work with, to answer questions and help us make this one of the best vacations we have been on.

Wonderful place to stay!

This was a perfect place to stay in the Keys! Clean, in a gated community and everything the pictures show! The pool was nice and fun, workout area large and clean. Some very nice sunset restaurants/lounges within that same mile. So close to snorkeling etc.
I would definately stay here again and recommend to friends and family!

Mariners club 2 bdrm condo

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this resort. The condo was extremely spacious, view was breathtaking, and the atmosphere was unbeatable. Had visited the ocean reef during the visit and was sooooo glad we didn't stay there. OR was too hob nob snooty. it was obviously more property with many many more people. Did not consider that a relaxing destination. However, the Mariners Club was and couldn't have been better. The pool was the best and the staff very pleasant and hospitable. No pressure of any timeshare and felt like a well deserved vacation. We are now seriously considering buying in the property because of the experience. We are a family of 4 with children 16 & 13 and they were able to enjoy as well. The view itself made the trip!
