Enjoy the ever changing views of the 20 foot tides, only 230 feet from the house. From the dining room table you will see seals at play in the current and the local fishing boats coming in with the day’s catch. This home has been completely refurbished and is decorated with charming period furniture. The house brings back memories of Lubec’s waterfront history, as do Lubec’s main streets lined with Victorian homes. Shops, restaurants, library, and boat landing are a short stroll from the front door. Lubec's public beach – three miles of beach combing -- is also just a short walk from the cottage. After a busy day exploring, what could be better than curling up with a good book by the cozy living room stove while the foghorns sound in the channel? The home has two bedrooms with two twin beds in one bedroom and a full-size bed in the second bedroom. The house is equipped with a washer and dryer, full and 1/2 baths, full kitchen, TV/VCR with cable, broadband Internet, phone.
