Simply wonderful year round rental awaits your rest and relaxation in So. Yarmouth (Bass River Area) and is a 10 minute walk to the closest beach. This home is located on a child friendly street that is quiet and private. The lot has a large size back yard, which is fenced in on the back and on both sides. This home is located .05 mi. from the Parker River Beach, .60 mi. to the Sea View Beach and .75 mi. to the Bass River Beach and Boat Launch (Smugglers Beach).This Ranch style home has two bedrooms, one bath and comfortably sleeps five. This home is fully applianced, has hardwood floors, wall to wall carpeting and a walk out Cape Cod style porch with wicker furniture. Additional features are, this house is with in walking distance to area shopping centers ,has three local golf courses, restaurants, gym, Bass River Fun Park, boat and kayak rentals, fishing and ocean sea tours. We just love it here and so will you.

  • Summer Rates are $750 to $1100 per week June through September. This is a Saturday to Saturday weekly rental.
    Off Season rates are $450.00 to $500.00 per week October through May.Holiday vacation weeks are $600.00 per week. 3 day weekday rates are $100per day and week ends and holidays are $125.00 per day.
    Three Day Off Season Rates are $125.00 Week Day and - $150 per day Week Ends October through April.
    A $200.00 Security Deposit is required for all weekly Rentals.
  • Off Season Long Term / 9 Month Rentals Are available for $1000.00 per month, Call or E -Mail Owner for Details, Long term rates do not include utilities, and trash removal. It does include Lawn care and snow removal. Short term monthly rentals are $1400.00 per month and include trash removal, utilities, and lawn care and snow removal. Holiday vacation weeks are $600.00 per week.

    Long term, short term and monthly rentals are available during the off season, October through May.

About Yarmouth: Yarmouth is one of the oldest towns on Cape Cod and was incorporated in 1637.The town is made up of four communities, each part having a different flavor about it. Yarmouth has 15 fresh and salt water beaches. The Home is located in South Yarmouth or the Bass River Area which you will find some of the Cape Cods finest Beaches overlooking Nantucket Sound. South Yarmouth offers shopping, entertainment and many family type restaurants. The Bass River is the largest Tidal River on the eastern seaboard and divides Yarmouth and Dennis. The river can be explored by Kayak or Charter Boats. Yarmouthport is located on Rt. 6a and is a community of antique shops, fine restaurants and lovely sea captain homes. West Yarmouth is noted for being very busy has a lot of cottage colonies and has a lot of activities for the family.

Golf: The three local golf courses are Bay Berry Hills Golf Club 27 holes, 9 holes of links style golf, Bass River Golf Club which has 18 holes and Blue Rock Executive Golf Course. The Best Place to stay on the Cape...

Where do I start? My husband and I knew we wanted to rent a place that was in the center of the Cape. What we didn't realize is that there were so many homes available. Having a type A personality made me look at several sites and several houses. We have three small children and their comfort and joy were paramount. For some reason, I kept coming back to this house. From this point on, I will refer to it as a home.
Before ever making a final decision, Keith was more than willing to offer any and all help with my inquiries. The previous reviews were all accurate, and after speaking with Keith, I was sold.
We pulled up to "our" home late Saturday night and fell in love with this place from the driveway! The side porch had the lights on, and there were beautiful hanging plants blowing in the wind. We immediately looked at the lawn and saw the hammock in the background...we were sold!
Keith laid every detail out before we ever arrived. Upon opening the front door, I knew I had made the right decision. My kids were so happy in this place.
From the children's movies, to the sand in the backyard, on to the hammock...they felt a warmth that only a parent could appreciate.
As adults, my husband and I felt at peace. For anyone that has to deal with the everyday stresses, this is your oasis.
We explored the entire Cape and from our experience, we were in close proximity to everything.
Our only disappointment was that the house was booked the week after, and we could not extend our happiness in "our" new home.
Do not let this gem of a home pass you by. Stop looking for anywhere else to stay...you have found your vacation retreat. We will definitely be back.

What a great place!

We stayed here for a very special vacation to celebrate our birthdays and just relax. The house is simply wonderful - relaxing and has everything you need! Cozy, comfortable, and charming! We cooked out on the grill a couple of nights and enjoyed breakfasts and dinners out on the awesome porch. The yard is amazing and the owners have plenty of games around to play (Bacce ball, horseshoes). The neighborhood is perfect for lazy days/ visiting the beach and is also centrally located to make travel around the cape easy. It's about a 40-50 minute drive to either Falmouth (ferries to MV) and Provincetown (end of the cape) and a very short drive or bike to Hyannis. We also did some river kayaking in Dennis just a short 5 minte drive down the road. For the price, it was definitely exactly what we were looking for!

One year wedding anniversary

My husband and I decided to celebrate our 1-year wedding anniversary in Cape Cod and chose this home to stay at during our vacation. We couldn't have been happier. The property is extremely well-kept and clean and offers all of the amenities that we desired, making our stay very comfortable and relaxing. We spent every morning and evening relaxing on the porch and in the immaculate backyard. We walked to the beach during the day and also loved the proximity to shopping, entertainment, etc. All in all, we had a wonderful anniversary at this lovely cottage and look forward to continuing this tradition for years to come.

Perfect Getaway!

The house was perfect and the owners have thought of everything from the bottled water on the bedside tables to the available cabinet child locks under the kitchen sink. The level of care and consideration taken to ensure our family enjoyed our Cape Cod vacation was phenomenal!

Our 1 year old loved running across the expansive yard and we had such great weather that every meal came from the grill and was eaten on the porch. The house is conveniently located to everything we needed, including the beach, and yet is tucked away in a nice, quiet neighborhood.

If you're looking for a nice, clean, well-kept home on the Central Cape where you're just as happy to linger over your coffee in the morning as you are to take a bike ride to the beach, you won't be disappointed.

This house is very comfortable and easy of access. Although we had a snow storm, we really had a great time with our family. I would recommend this place to everyone as it is very clean and well kept. We really felt at home.
