Nice house with washer, dryer, dishwasher and large lot with lots of parking space. Part of the yard enclosed with 8 foot stockade fence with access though a wide gate. Excellent location! Quiet neighborhood, yet only a mile from interstate entrance (I-4). 30 minutes to Daytona Beach, 1 hour from Orlando, Disney World, Sea World and many other attractions around Orlando. Just 45 minutes from Cape Canaveral (Kennedy Space Center). Only 10 feet from beautiful Florida weather!

We stayed her for a week 7/08. Our first visit to FL. Being that our children ranged from 16, 14, 7, & 1, we did not want to stay in a hotel, and we wanted all the amenities of a home. I did not want to bother hotel guests if our baby was fussy. It was a very nice vacation home without a pool due to having a small child. Very clean, spacious, comfortable, nice area. Very convient location to everything we had went to see.
The owner is great, very helpful & informative.
We would definitely stay here again.
