Open layout, bright kitchen and dining room, large family room, cathedral ceilings, skylights with French doors to deck. See-thru gas fireplace open to both the family room and the dining room. Private master bath. Quiet, private back yard abuts South Cape Beach Wildlife area that is part of the Waquoit Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve(WBNERR). Private association water access and boat ramp 2 houses away. Private association beach with a playground, swimming and picnic area on the next Street. Roller blade, bike or walk to South Cape Beach just 0.8 miles away. Stroll two houses down the street to see the sunset over Great River on Waquoit Bay. We rented this home over a long weekend and we had a great time. The house is beautiful, clean, comfortable. It has a very well-equipped kitchen has all the amenities you'll need. The beach is 5 minutes away and the house is 10-15 minutes away from the shopping center. The owners are great people who are accessible, nice and who keep their word. We would definitely come back to this wonderful place.
