This elegant, centrally air-conditioned, ground level apartment is extremely well appointed and comfortable. It 1000 sq feet with 12' high ceiling includes a sitting/dining room, Master bedroom with walking closet/private bath, spacious living room and kitchen built with quality materials. The windows are large allowing for a lot of natural light. Granite counter tops and hardwoods floors are standard throughout.
