This six bedroom, newly renovated, beautifully furnished, spacious contemporary is located on 1.3 acres of wooded land. The sun drenched, heated pool is surrounded by a large deck, a new BBQ, two patio tables with chairs and many new lounge chairs. The open floor plan on the main level consists of a very large living room with 18 foot ceilings, a brand new eat in kitchen, a formal dining area and a large family room. The living room and family room have fireplaces and there is a new 65inch HDTV in the family room. Patio doors surround the entire floor. There is a private computer room with high speed Internet access. A 7 zone stereo system provides music inside and outside of the home. There are three bedrooms on the main level and three bedrooms on the brand new lower level. The Bathrooms are new & all high quality linens are provided. The kitchen is also fully stocked with anything you might need. The home is ideally located, within walking distance from Town & Shinnecock Bay.

This family home is located between the Towns of East Quogue and Hampton Bays. The town of East Quogue is exactly one mile away and is a great destination for a casual walk. The property is also a one mile walk from Shinnecock Bay. There is a grocery store located a five minute walk from the house. The shopping center, with a supermarket, Blockbuster video, Bagel store, Deli, etc., is a two minute drive into Hampton Bays.The beach is about a 10 minute drive and The Tanger Outlets are a 20 minute drive. The Town of Southhampton is a 20 minute drive east on Montaulk Highway. One of the best restaurants in the Hamptons, 'The Stone Creek Inn' is one half of a mile away. And the many restaurants of Southhampton or Westhampton are a twenty minute drive in either direction. The property is located 2 miles from Exit 65 on Route 27 East which is before the bottle neck traffic heading into Southhampton. Driving at the speed limit, it is one hour and a half from the midtown tunnel.
