Modern Loft Townhouse. Once used as an artist loft, this property offers a very open and yet private feel. Located near the center of town, this townhouse boasts a large open living room with cathedral ceilings and gas fireplace, a half bath, and a spacious kitchen and dining area which exits to a large exclusive use garden and patio area. The second floor has two bedrooms and a full bath with one bedroom that is an open loft area overlooking the living area below. Amenities include; flat screen TV, fully equipped kitchen, gas grill, gas fireplace, wireless broadband internet access, and laundry facilities. 12 Holway Ave. is a two minute walk to town center and a short bike ride/walk to ocean beaches. Off-street parking for 2 cars. (Sleeps 4 max.)

A Mini Oasis...Home away from Home!

My partner Leo and I had a terrific time here. A spacious, tastefully appointed, quiet and serene spot! Close to it all but yet a stones throw to privacy. From the beach to dinner in town to a quiet night at home we rate this A+. All the amenities of home but yet away on vacation! We will definitley return and the Owner is just as welcoming. Thanks for having us.

Paradise in Ptown

This beautiful loft became our first attraction,, peaceful and extremely comfy, and yet so close to where all the action is ,, After a day out walking on commercial street or enjoying one of the many beaches, we were so glad to come back to that heaven , were we could enjoy nice meals on the BBQ,, or the well equiped kitchen and having a good time in the house, or near a nice fire in the peaceful backyard,,,, for those who prefer restaurants, well we didn't find a bad one they are all excellent.,,, Believe me you won't be sad spending a rainy day in the house, flat screen tv,, IPOD docks everywhere,, Looking forward to go back in the future,,, I recommend strongly,,, this amazing loft to anyone who wants to discover Provincetown and CapeCod

Good location just off center of town

Great townhouse. Great location. Could hear a pin drop in the house across the street... At first thought it was a bit off the beaten path but soon realized it was great to take the five minute walk to the hustle and bustle of Commercial Street and then stroll back in to the quiet and relaxing location of the townhouse.

What a great place

Privacy with proximity is what comes to mind when I think of this rental. All three of us loved the place. The garden is a bonus. The owner thought of evreything to create a homey emvironment amidst a classic town. We hope to return next year for sure.

Quiet Elegance

Nestled in a wooded area at the end of a dead end street, this quiet retreat is more than perfect for your P-Town get away!
The open floor plan solidifies the sense of freedom one embodies while on vacation.

Tasteful decor, comfortable furnishings and impeccable cleanliness keeps the mind clear for more important endeavors like sitting in the large private garden area sipping on you favorite beverage while reading your summer fiction or taking in the orchestra of birds.

The first time my partner and I rented this gem, we knew we would return again and again. Just a short walk into town is an added convenience and affords one the opportunity to check out the lovely neighborhood gardens.

Our first visit was off season so the fireplace was a wonderful addition. The kitchen was well stocked with all the appliances and gadgets one uses at home. On our return retreat just 2 months later, I mentioned to the Landlord that it was my partner's birthday and this getaway was her present. Paying attention to detail, the Landlord left a beautiful bottle of wine for the celebration!

If you have been searching the internet for a beautiful rental at a reasonable rate your search is over. You'll be so elated that you will want to write a review!
